Equipment procurement will play an important role in the overall development equation of the Brindisi Terminal.
Presently this quay is equipped with one Paceco-Reggiane Quayside Crane and will be supported by two Mobile Cranes and the following yard equipment, namely seven Reachstackers, two Forklifters, ten Tractors and twelve Tug Masters. The investment in this equipment will be undertake for Phase "A" of this development.

Phase "B" will involve additional investment in state-of-the-art equipment consisting of four post-Panamax Quayside Cranes. These will be complemented by four Rail-Mounted Gantry Cranes having a 40.5t capacity with a stacking profile of four containers high by thirteen across. This phase will also include the procurement of seven Reachstackers, eight Forklifters, twelve Tractors and fourteen Tug Masters.

The high investment in this superior equipment will enable the Brindisi Terminal to guarantee its customers high performance levels considering the increasingly dynamic demands of the key players in the shipping industry for cost-effectiveness and efficiency in transportation.
